With over 20 years of experience in trade sales and farm operations, Alkeen is a seasoned professional in the agricultural industry.

Before joining East-West Seed Philippines (EWPH) in February 2021 as the Farmer Promotions Manager, Alkeen held various management positions in local and multinational agriculture companies. 

Alkeen is known for his strong drive to execute and deliver results, coupled with his good business insights. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he has helped the Sales team to achieve growth despite challenges in the supply chain and limited face-to-face interaction with farmers. In his first two months with EWPH, he re-established many sub-dealers and organized, stabilized, and executed successful national demand generation activities. He also led the Farmers Promotions team to achieve significant growth on key products.

He was appointed as Sales Head of EWPH in February 2022. As the Sales Head of EWPH, Alkeen is committed to leading the Sales team in serving the needs of farmers across the Philippines. He leads the team in expanding East-West Seed's reach in the market and strengthening its position as the leading and most trusted vegetable seed company in the country.
