Fresh out of college, Arthur joined East-West Seed as Seed Processing Supervisor in 1998. 

The operations back then were mostly manual and the processes were still being standardized, and Arthur’s entry was just in time. He was able to support the team to improve operational efficiencies by upgrading equipment, improving inventory management, driving facility expansion, process automation and standardization, and people development. 

“Looking at our Plant Operations today, I would say that we had gone a long way and still optimistic that we can further improve,” shared Arthur.

Arthur continuously grows with the company. He was promoted to Plant Manager in 2002 and in 2019 to Seed Operations Manager. In 2021, he was appointed to lead the newly formed Supply Chain Management team. 

Arthur plays a key role in strengthening the company's capability in forecasting demand, managing supply and inventory, and logistics to ensure excellent service to farmers.
